dragon fruit

Kemarin makan siang sama si bos, dia pesan minum jus buah naga merah. Warna nya jadi mirip bayam merah atau kubis merah. Saya pesan makan penne with baby octopus. Si bos bilang 'yang bener aja Agni, pesen pasta lagi? cmon! be adventurous, try another menu instead of pasta ck.' Jadi malu deh gue... hehe... doi inget aja saya selalu pesan pasta setiap kita lunch bareng, berbagai macam. Maksudnya sih cuman pengen contek ide masak pasta aja. And my comment for the penne is: nice n delicious seasoning, but... where's the baby octopus?? it supposed to be penne with red bean. yeah, too many red bean.

Anyway... me lately, lagi males makan malam. mungkin karena saya lagi 'crush' sama seseorang *sssttt jangan bilang2 yaaa ;D*. Let me tell u a bit about him (yess him!) he's not that good looking nor gorgeous physically. But when he smile... it makes me fall *me blushing, even just wondering his smile*. He cares to people specially his mates. When he starts to sing... like I'm flying to heaven (okay, this part is too much :D ). Eeerrr... let's just keep it between us okay, he doesn't need to know about me crush on him kekekek. Hey you, take care there... xoxo.

Every Little Thing (s)He Does Is Magic

Started 3 weeks ago... bodybalance class that I join in, came with the new move. New choreography and new track list (of course). And I love their new track list. Since I do the class everyweek, it's like the song always play in my mind hehe... specially this one-Every little thing she does is magic-the song fits the move, it's relaxing and boosts my good mood. It was originally The-Polices, but for the bodybalance class, they came with different version. Here you go...

Sting version

bodybalance version

Though I've tried before to tell her
Of the feelings I have for her in my heart
Every time that I come near her
I just lose my nerve
As I've done from the start

Every little thing she does is magic
Everything she do just turns me on
Even though my life before was tragic
Now I know my love for her goes on

Do I have to tell the story
Of a thousand rainy days since we first met
It's a big enough umbrella
But it's always me that ends up getting wet

Every little thing she does is magic
Everything she do just turns me on
Even though my life before was tragic
Now I know my love for her goes on

I resolve to call her up
A thousand times a day
And ask her if she'll marry me
In some old fashioned way

But my silent fears have gripped me
Long before I reach the phone
Long before my tongue has tripped me
Must I always be alone?

Every little thing she does is magic
Everything she do just turns me on
Even though my life before was tragic
Now I know my love for her goes on

World Mental Health Day 2012

Since today is World Mental Health Day, I wanna share some information which may be useful for you. (jarang-jarang kan gue posting seriusan :D )

World Mental Health Day raises public awareness about mental health issues. The day promotes open discussion of mental disorders, and investments in prevention, promotion and treatment services. This year the theme for the day is “Depression: A Global Crisis” [1]

And what is deppression?

Depression is a common mental disorder, characterized by sadness, loss of interest or pleasure, feelings of guilt or low self-worth, disturbed sleep or appetite, feelings of tiredness, and poor concentration.
Depression can be long-lasting or recurrent, substantially impairing an individual’s ability to function at work or school or cope with daily life. At its most severe, depression can lead to suicide. When mild, people can be treated without medicines but when depression is moderate or severe they may need medication and professional talking treatments.
Depression is a disorder that can be reliably diagnosed and treated by non-specialists as part of primary health care. Specialist care is needed for a small proportion of individuals with complicated depression or those who do not respond to first-line treatments.[2]

10 Facts on Mental Health:
